The man behind it all
Milan Milanov
A person with many years of experience in the restaurant industry, whose restaurants have won a number of different awards. In 2022, he created the restaurant "Osteria Tartufo", through which he brought the taste of Italy to the center of Sofia. At the end of 2023, he launched his new project - "DOMO - Asian Fusion & Sushi", which allows his customers to touch a distant culture and exotic cuisine.

Our History
Our journey commenced with the assembly of a team of seasoned restaurant professionals, united by their years of expertise and unwavering devotion to Italian cuisine. On July 14, 2022, our inaugural establishment, Osteria Tartufo, welcomed guests at 32 Hristo Belchev Street, swiftly capturing the admiration of discerning aficionados of fine Italian fare. As time progressed, our restaurant evolved into a beloved haven for enthusiasts of hearty Italian gastronomy. Encouraged by the overwhelming interest and positive feedback from our cherished patrons, we proudly unveiled our second location at 11 Shipka Street on April 3, 2023, steadfastly upholding our commitment to delivering excellence in cuisine and cultivating an inviting ambiance for our guests.
